Reasons Staff are Striking: December 2021

Casualisation, unmanageable and unfair workloads, pay gaps and pensions are issues affecting the whole HE sector. Working conditions for staff directly impact learning conditions for students. We do not take this action lightly. We must take action. We must make our voices heard.
