The dispute concerns unreasonable research performance expectations including –
1 – the application of the code of practice for the annual assessment of individual research performance, role expectations and promotion and confirmation criteria
2 – the pilot quality framework for teaching, learning and academic support
3 – the application of the timetabling policy
